21 Αυγ 2014 · A: If you do want to change the oil there is one fill/drain plug on the front face of the front cover. It will probably be an Allen type plug. You will have to suction out the oil using a syringe or other method before replacing with new oil.

10 Ιαν 2017 · Does the supercharger have to be removed from the car to change the oil, or can you access the drain allen bolt and suck it out while its in place? I saw in another post it takes 5.5 ounces of GM Eaton supercharger oil.

I have a 2000 Mazda Millenia S which has either leaky valve guides or leaky seals on the supercharger, causing black smoke at startup. I was considering adding Lukas Oil Stabilizer at my next oil change to reduce some of the smokiness, at least till I can afford to have the seals fixed (expensive).

So i've bought one of these supercharger oil replacement kits, it comes with oil, syringe + pipe, allen key, a number of different seals, by-pass pipe, Horn gasket (large) & horn-to-intake gasket (small,, hose clips x5 & a new water pump.
The Vortech supercharger (except the V3 model) receives oil from the engine at about 60 to 80 psi while the engine is running. Yet the drain is by gravity only. Further, the oil in the supercharger is now entrained with air making it even more sluggish and difficult to drain.
