5 Μαΐ 2021 · As oil passes through an open solenoid and past the vtec pressure switch, the pressure switch electronically opens (breaks the vtec pressure switch circuit). The ECM can read the break of that circuit as feedback to assures that oil pressure is flowing through the solenoid.

13 Φεβ 2024 · This mod bypasses your vtec oil pressure switch and convinces the ECU that vtec is working correctly. If your vtec CEL code is actually caused by low oil pressure or blocked oil passage ways and screens, this may hurt your motor! ONLY proceed if you know your switch, harness, or plug is to blame.

Single port bypass valves should be connected to the vacuum side of the supercharger (inlet side) for best results. The opening vacuum level is determined by the spring pressure installed inside the bypass valve. They typically start to open at 8 in/hg and are fully open at 12 in/hg.
