9 Μαρ 2018 · To test the effects of high DNA input specifically on GlobalFiler™ performance, four replicate runs each with Control DNA 007 input of 1 ng, 2 ng and 3 ng were also run. Amplified products were electrophoresed on the 3500xL instrument and analyzed with GeneMapper™ ID-X 1.4 software.
