  5. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 2880 and 4530, the Board prepares and maintains a list of programs which offer an approved program for vocational nurses and/or psychiatric technicians.

  6. The Vocational Nursing (VN) program is a full-time, three-semester program approved by the Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT). Instruction is provided four days a week, with varying times for theory and clinical.
