18 Δεκ 2023 · So, the Dodge RAM 1500 8.0L firing order is 1-10-9-4-3-6-5-8-7-2, and cylinders 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 are on the driver’s side front to rear. All the even cylinders are numbered front to rear on the passenger’s side, starting with the second cylinder and following up all the way to the tenth cylinder.

5 Δεκ 2004 · The valve on number 6 cylinder was badly burned (the valve seal was so poor that when liquid was poured on it, it flowed out). Compression testing on #6 was about 40 PSI. The heads were sent to a machine shop for a valve job on all cylinders. The timing chain tensioner was badly worn so I am getting a new chain kit. I also directed the mechanic
