The example below shows a Lynx system consisting of a Lynx Power In, Lynx Shunt VE.Can and Lynx Distributor. Together, they form a continuous busbar with unfused battery connections, battery monitor, main system fuse and fused load connections.
12 Μαΐ 2021 · Victron Energy produces loads of great schematic drawings to help you plan your wiring. This is the first in a series of schematic drawings and it features the new Lynx Smart BMS together with the MultiPlus II with two 120v circuits.
The Lynx module can be opened up by unscrewing the 2 cover screws. The contacts on the left side are covered by a removable rubber sleeve. Red is the positive and black is the negative busbar.

If you are referring to these sockets the dual earth pins give balance pressure on the plug which would otherwise be forced to upwards or downwards making insertion difficult and possibly affecting the contact of the L and N pins in their sockets.

The Lynx Smart BMS is part of the modular Lynx Distribution system. The instruction manua l is the most complete guide to wiring up the Lynx BMS. I made the following video to explain everything in an easy to understand way but if you see any discrepancies the manual takes precedence.
