Established in May of 1967, the Las Positas Golf Club is based at the Las Positas Golf Course in the City of Livermore, California in the heart of the East Bay wine country. The LPGC hosts an average of two tournaments per month, supporting members at all handicap levels.

The course rating is 68.2 and it has a slope rating of 116 on Blue grass. Designed by Robert Muir Graves, ASGCA, the Las Positas golf course opened in 1966. CourseCo, Inc. manages this facility, with Sam Bozzo, PGA as the General Manager.

Located next to the Livermore Airport on one side and the 580 freeway on the other. For the price it has a decent 18 hole golf course, In addition a short 9 hole course. Recently added along side the 9hole they have installed a soccer ball course with huge green holes for the foot inclined, also a frizzbie course.
Full 18 hole public course that's been servicing this area of Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton. I actually thought this was in Pleasanton, but pretty much near a border that sits on the Livermore side. Notes: It is next to 580 so several holes will be right next to a busy freeway. Usually not my cup of tea for a relaxing golf outing.
