11 Ιουλ 2023 · Takom’s 1/35 scale M103A1 was an enjoyable build, despite the lengthy track-assembly step. Keyed by great engineering, the hull and turret build quickly. I spent 24 hours on the model, and because of the tracks, I recommend it for intermediate modelers.
I have included assembled images of the kit from the Dragon Model website for you to view and ultimately decide if the completed kit looks like an M103A2 to you. There are very limited specific aftermarket parts for this kit.
29 Απρ 2023 · This model kit from Takom includes main hatches that can be built opened or closed; the suspension and wheels are movable, and the tracks are connected and movable. A metal gun barrel, clear parts, and decals for four versions are included.
8 Ιουλ 2014 · Cleanly molded in gray plastic, Dragon’s new M103A1 is the first 1/35 scale injection-molded kit of this tank. A wire tow cable and single-piece Dragon Styrene tracks are provided. The M103 bears a strong resemblance to the M48, and Dragon appears to have reused many of the parts from its recent M48 Patton.
