Human Resources Division (HRD) is a division of Kathmandu University that administers employee-benefits programs and other human resources responsibilities ranging from recruitment to retrenchment. The major function of HRD is to maximize employee productivity and protect the institution from any issues that may arise within the workforce.
On 20 May 2022, Human Resource Division organized the Interaction and Training Review Program at Mirable Resort and Hotel, Dhulikhel for the open discussion on capacity building and future training need assessment along with the handover of certificates to the trainees of Office Management Training.
Human and Natural Resources Studies (HNRS) at Kathmandu University (KU) currently offers Master’s and PhD degrees. These are research-oriented professional degrees that seek to impart research and analytical abilities necessary to understand the structure and functioning of rural society and their natural resource base.
The Master in Human and Natural Resources Studies (MHNRS) is a two-year program of four semesters. Students will have to complete altogether 48 credit hours of courses to successfully graduate from the program.
