Course sponsors can request approval for credit by completing the Non-Accredited EMS Continuing Education Program application (PDF) l (DOCX) and following the submission instructions included.
Courses that have been approved by the Department of Public Health's Office of Emergency Management Services (OEMS) for continuing education credits for emergency medical technicians (EMTs). OEMS requires students retain certificates or attendance rosters signed by student and instructor as proof of attendance.
T1, T2 and T4 courses must utilize Form 200 -59, OEMS Continuing Education Roster, or equivalent, and must provide appropriate course completion documentation to each EMT attendee within 48 hours of course completion.
