You can check your computer model by selecting the Apple menu and choosing About This Mac when you are booted into OS X.
8 Φεβ 2021 · For the Touch Bar issue, just try to manually update the driver in Device Manager for each unrecognized device and see if it works. A Touch Bar driver will be found in the Apple Boot Camp driver folder.
20 Σεπ 2017 · Bluetooth device; To try to troubleshoot and fix the problem, do one or more of the following: Update the driver. To do this, right-click the parent device, then select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. Uninstall the driver and then restart your PC.
So I tried to manually add the Bluetooth drivers in Device Manager > Action > Add Legacy Hardware > Show All Hardware. And then selecting the Bootcamp driver files from my USB stick. (Under the BootCamp\Drivers\Broadcom folder, I have Broadcom_PCIe_Bluetooth and Broadcom_UART_Bluetooth.
Try resetting PRAM by rebooting while holding Command-Option-P-R through (2) boot chimes. Boot into macOS, to confirm that Bluetooth is still working properly there. Reboot back into Windows 10, then go into Device Manager again and Scan for Hardware Changes. Received the DM, and thanks for that.
1 Οκτ 2020 · Turns out, inspired by reddit community, the solution is to turn off bluetooth while you are in macOS, and then restart and switch to Windows OS, the bluetooth works fine with the external wireless device, no more disconnect with your bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
8 Ιαν 2023 · In the Windows settings, the Bluetooth switch vanished. Usually there will be a Bluetooth icon on the right corner of taskbar, it also disappeared. I downloaded a driver management software and repaired the Bluetooth driver (the management software did say that my bluetooth driver was comprised), it still stays the same.
