To be able to see Santa you must have a reservation in advance. All bookings open 5 days before the desired date of visit (ie the first bookings start on 24 November). You should know that the reservation is free and ensures your presence in the queue at a specific time and not your visit to Santa.

14 Νοε 2024 · Reservations can be made on the official Macy’s Santaland in New York City website. Keen to inspire all children, Macy’s allows you to select the Santa you envision (Caucasian, Black or Spanish-speaking) when making reservations.

1 Νοε 2024 · Santaland at Macy's Herald Square in New York City is a holiday wonderland. You wander through a 13,000-square-foot Christmas village featuring an enchanted forest, a rainbow bridge, trees, lights, snowcapped mountains, reindeer, train sets, Santa's sleigh and oh so much more.
25 Νοε 2024 · Wait times to visit Santa range from 30-90 minutes. We always recommend families go early to beat the crowds. By early, we mean both early in the day and early in the season. If possible, go on a weekday immediately after Macy's Santaland opens. Macy's Santaland opens each day when the store opens (most days, that's 10am) and closes at 9pm.
