Secret Lab is essentially a scam company, they send defective chairs and they filibuster you until you give up. In hindsight, I wish I would have done a chargeback immediately and cut all ties with them.
At worst it felt like I was being scammed. Hopefully everything is above board and I can get my money back. We spent around 2.5k on a sectional.
Funny thing is, this chair has magically doubled in price over the year. The chart should also have "Is overpriced" row. They claim to be FDA approved for correcting posture. Not going to link to their site but you can Google Anthros Chair and read about it. Just wondering if anyone had heard of them, and what your opinions are.
