The only way to make this work is to change your MagicJack website password to a 5 digit number, then give Tracfone that number as your "account PIN". I read this online somewhere and it worked for me. After a couple weeks of using the number\phone as a Tracfone, I ported it to GV.

20 Νοε 2015 · Have tried the Magic Jack and Microsoft chat line help agents. Magic Jack says it is a Microsoft problem and Microsoft says MJ must update the driver - this is not correct as there is no driver - just a plug in Magic Jack.
