1 Δεκ 2021 · I just wanted to make the staff of Music Maker 2022 aware, as well as anyone else, that I received an email that might be a scam which utilizes the Music Maker 2022 brand/software. The email looks sketchy, but I can't confirm at this time whether it's a scam or not.
MAGIX seems to be showing themselves as a scam with no actual customer service. I purchased a series of suites such as Samplitude Music Maker, Music Maker Pro, Sound Forge etc from MAGIX. Half the registration codes they gave me don't work.

My largest complaint is in regards to the customer service when I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was charged $158 for the subscription over the next 12 months. I emailed their customer service to cancel the subscription and receive a refund as I would not be needing this product over the next 12 months.
