The Maille store in Paris has samples for every type of mustard they sell. It's almost overwhelming since there are dozens of different flavors. I especially enjoyed the truffle, vert, noisette, and herbs de Provence mustards.

Re: Maille Mustard Paris: Hottest Mustard. 6 years ago. go to the mustard aisle of La Grande Épicerie (next to Le Bon Marché dept store) and you will see some amazing mustards including very hot ones, and you can ask for advice about which would be hottest.
9 Δεκ 2018 · A must-test: the original with white win, the traditional one with Sauternes, old-fashioned seeds with Chardonnay. The utmost of chic: mustard with white t ruffle from Alba or its Chablis version and chips of black truffle noire. Yum!
7 Απρ 2024 · In the past, I’ve visited the Maille store and purchased freshly pumped mustard. This is not in a jar, but in a crock. I also used to buy crocks, and refills, from their NY boutique, which closed.
26 Αυγ 2013 · At the Maille boutique, they serve breadsticks with the mustard samples and that makes for a pretty tasty snack. For a truly special mustard, you must try Maille's moutardes fraîches à la pompe made with Chablis, Chardonnay, or Vin Blanc. The mustard is pumped right before your eyes into an elegant earthenware crock.
