What a dealership charges, can vary, depending on their sales volume, location, size, etc. Majestic Honda and other online retailers, sell parts close to dealership cost, but will charge exorbitant shipping and handling fees, to make a profit.
Majestic is good to go, though they're slow if you're used to Amazon or on-the-ball Ebay sellers. No worries about parts or ship quality; my gripes with them are they're not Prime and their shipping is expensive if you're only buying $10-20 worth of stuff.
Majestic Honda has been great for getting OEM parts and they usually sell at discount. As for brands to avoid, that really depends on what you’re repairing (ignition components are big on OEM-only or NGK, for one thing.
Also known as Majestic Honda, the best place to get your parts. Cheap, fast and good customer service. Some of the diagrams on the website are not so great, so sometimes I search on Honda Parts Now then buy from Majestic.
