SCOTTISH CLAN MAP. LIST OF CLANS. How to Find Your Clan and Clan Society. You do not need to have the same surname of of a clan in order to be a part of that clan! Traditionally, a man with the same surname as the chief or a woman who marries such a man are considered members of that specific clan.

The map includes over 280 surnames which are now listed alphabetically. You then just click the grid quadrant (such as “B3”) to see a detailed version of that section of the map.
