If paper jams, the [Paper Jam] indicator flashes, and the message <Paper Jam inside Printer> and paper jam locations are displayed in the Printer Status Window. Clear the jams in the displayed order of jam locations using the procedures described in the sections referred to below.
Paper is jammed in the paper drawer. If the jammed paper cannot be removed easily, do not pull it out forcibly. Instead, follow the steps for a different location in the message. 1. Pull out the paper drawer. IMPORTANT. Always hold the paper drawer with both hands and pull it out gently.
