1957+ Horsman Cindy doll, 19" tall, vinyl fashion doll or Lady doll, there are several dolls all named Cindy in different sizes, some were walkers with jointed bodies, rooted hair, pierced ears and most have high heel feet and of course they had an extensive wardrobe.
The Barbie Looks dolls have some male dolls on made to move bodies, and there are other Ken dolls you can find with rooted hair. If you find a Ken head you like on a poorly articulated body you can possibly find a skin tone match among the made to move bodies and head swap.
There are some Ken dolls. BMR, Signature Looks, or even Fashionistas if you don't need a made to move body. Amazon still has some of the older dolls, though the price is going up as inventory goes down. Patriot from Marvel Secret Warriors is another good option.
