M. Alor Gajah District is one of the three administrative districts of Malacca, Malaysia. It borders Tampin District, Rembau District and Port Dickson District (including the exclave of Tanjung Tuan) in Negeri Sembilan to the north and borders Jasin and Melaka Tengah Districts in the east and south respectively.

It is governed by Alor Gajah Municipal Council (Malay: Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah), which was formerly known as Alor Gajah District Council (Malay: Majlis Daerah Alor Gajah) from 1 July 1978 until 1 May 2003.
