As of the April 2019 version, unique missions trees are available for most European countries, but outside of Europe there are only a few countries in Asia and Africa with custom missions.
If you want to play eu4 with Europe like that give a shot to Voltaire's Nightmare EU4 mod, I made the map for that mod as well. In this map HRE (sadly) had to be simplified, but for the last 2 months I have been working on another 1444 map project, here's a low res sneak peek, rivers almost done.
If you are creating a big mod, perhaps an overhaul, this might just save you hours of typing province id's in area files or adding discovered by thousands of times in province history, the tool will do it for you.
7 Μαΐ 2021 · if you like this map you can get a copy on your wall from my etsy store. You might notice plenty of similarities to a mod called Voltaire's Nightmare (such as gray Livonian Order), but that's because I am the person who drew the map for that mod as well.
