30 Ιουν 2022 · Jacob Bacall with Bacall Development LCC has submitted a development application to the City of Auburn Hills to construct a six-story, 126,271 square-foot mixed-use building in the heart of Downtown Auburn Hills called “The Webster.” The total investment is estimated at $22 million.
Plans must be submitted to the Community Development Department for all commercial and residential construction in Auburn Hills. For specific submittal requirements for your particular project please contact us. Residential and commercial permits take between 3 to 4 weeks to process.
