The front sight has a removable hood and a gold-colored bead. The full-length magazine tube holds 10 rounds of .44 Mag.
Tubular magazine features a loading gate located on the receiver and will accept 10 rounds of .44 Rem Mag or 11 rounds of .44 Special ammunition. Soft rubber buttpad effectively absorbs recoil. Positive, push-button, cross-bolt manual safety and traditional half-cock hammer.

The Marlin Model 1894 is a lever-action repeating rifle introduced in 1894 by the Marlin Firearms Company of North Haven, Connecticut. At its introduction the rifle came with a 24-inch barrel and was chambered for a variety of rounds such as .25-20 Winchester, .32-20 Winchester, .38-40, and .44-40.
12 Νοε 2019 · The Marlin 1894 SBL seen here comes chambered in .44 Magnum and the carrier allows the owner to shoot a wide range of bullet weights and lengths without worrying about feeding issues. I’ve always thought the Marlin lever-action rifles had the best cartridge carrier for this reason.
25 Σεπ 2023 · Marlin’s new 1894 in .44 Magnum functioned very well with .44 Magnum and .44 Special ammunition. However, for optimum reliability with the 305-grain Buffalo Bore load (right), the lever had to be worked with moderate force.
