Information Page — Mail in Application for Copy of Marriage Certificate General Instructions • Use this application if you are the bride, groom or spouse named on the marriage certificate.
You can schedule an in-person appointment for a Marriage Ceremony, Marriage License, and other select services through Project Cupid. The option to schedule a virtual appointment for a Marriage License also remains available.

23 Αυγ 2021 · To obtain a marriage license, first complete an online marriage application and obtain a confirmation number. Then, log onto the Project Cupid website to upload your ID, verify each applicant’s identity, pay a $35 license fee, and schedule your appointment for a future date with the City Clerk.
Marriage License Application. If both you and your prospective spouse are 18 years old or older, you can fill out this form to submit your Marriage License application to the Office of the City Clerk online. Upon submitting this online Marriage License application, you will receive a Confirmation Number.
