To complete your application, you and your prospective spouse must schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with the Office of the City Clerk. For complete information on obtaining a Marriage License, visit the Marriage Bureau section of the City Clerk Web site .
You can schedule an in-person appointment for a Marriage Ceremony, Marriage License, and other select services through Project Cupid. The option to schedule a virtual appointment for a Marriage License also remains available.
23 Αυγ 2021 · To obtain a marriage license, first complete an online marriage application and obtain a confirmation number. Then, log onto the Project Cupid website to upload your ID, verify each applicant’s identity, pay a $35 license fee, and schedule your appointment for a future date with the City Clerk.
Using City Clerk Online, you can fill out applications and submit them online directly to the Office of the City Clerk.
9 Μαρ 2024 · To get a marriage license in New York, both parties must appear in person at a city or town clerk’s office. Both of you must bring proof of ID like your Social Security Number, birth certificate, and driver’s license, as well as documentation of previous marriages. You will also need to provide your parent’s birth names and country of birth.
You must be 18 and older to be permitted to marry in New York State. If you provide all necessary documents, you will get a Marriage License on the same day. If your appointment was online, your Cupid account will have a digital download.
