21 Δεκ 2022 · Martinair flight 495. The first of these tragedies occurred on December 21st, 1992, and involved a DC-10-30CF operating Martinair flight 495. According to the Aviation Safety Network, the aircraft in question bore the registration PH-MBN, and had 340 people (327 passengers and 13 members of crew) onboard for its flight from Amsterdam to Faro.
