First, use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, then IMPORT ME2Recalibrated. Then open the imported Mod Folder of ME2Recalibrated by rightclicking it in the manager and replace everything in it with the ME2Re-Update thats on the same NexusMod page and then you can install it through the Manager.
