15 Ιουλ 2024 · All Massachusetts employees are entitled to work in an environment free from unlawful harassment, which is a form of employment discrimination prohibited by Massachusetts law under M.G.L. c. 151B, §§ 4 (1), 4 (1B), 4 (1C), 4 (1D), 4 (4), 4 (4A), 4 (5), 4 (16), and 4 (16A).
Employers shall have a general duty to provide a workplace free from bullying and moral, psychological, and general harassment and a workplace that protects each employee’s personal integrity, dignity, and human rights.
