Find a Personal Care Management agency in your area to begin the process. The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program is delivered by MassHealth to provide funds for people with disabilities (PCA Consumer-employer) to hire Personal Care Attendants to assist with activities of daily living.
MassHealth’s Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program helps people with permanent or chronic disabilities keep their independence, stay in the community, and manage their own personal care by providing funds and other supports for hiring PCAs.

Find PCA jobs by visiting the PCA Workforce Council’s PCA Mass PCA Directory at www.MassPCAdirectory.org . to register and complete an application for employment and search the job data bank.
