Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum is a nature lover's paradise. Encompassing over 700 acres of beautiful land, it is home to a vast collection of plants and trees from across the world.

The Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum are located in the eastern region of Ann Arbor, Michigan. This area provides plenty of flora and fauna for visitors to enjoy, and everyone is welcome to explore the nature trails at their own pace.
4 Ιαν 2024 · No matter the season, the U-M’s Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum prove that Michigan is second to none when it comes to natural beauty. However, there’s even more beauty to explore in Ann Arbor & Detroit.
This is a lovely botanical garden with indoor and outdoor spaces featuring tropical and arid conservatories, bonsai, herbs, and more. If you're interested in plants, it's well worth a visit. We spent about an hour and covered most of the garden. Admission was free.
