To pay via JomPAY, all you need is your Maxis biller code (1123) and your Maxis account number. If you want to get out of the house and pay your phone bill in-person, the Self Service Kiosk (SSK) located in a Maxis retail centre near you is a great option. Find the Self Service Kiosk (SSK) here.
At Maxis, our apps (Maxis app, Hotlink app), self-serve portals (Maxis Care. and Hotlink Self Serve Portal) and our retail outlets accept payment by any Visa or Master; credit or debit cards issued by local banks. The cards issued by foreign banks are not supported.
Direct Debit (DD) is the simplest and most convenient way to pay your Maxis bill. It authorises Maxis to col lect your Maxis bill charges from your credit/debit card account. Your bill amount will be paid automatically at your regular bill cycle.
