Step 1: Go to the Academic Software page of Autodesk Maya and click on the 'Start procedure' button in the top right corner to apply for your Autodesk Education account. Step 2: Click on 'Get Started'.
Students. Most Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Maya, are now free for students to install on their laptops provided they are using the software in a manner related to learning, training, research or development.
