Study rooms can be used by 2-6 people for up to 4 hours at a time. If a reserved room is not claimed within 30 minutes of start time, the entire reservation will be canceled and the room will be made available for walk-ins or reservations.
The following policies are in place for group rooms in the Health Sciences Library: Room capacity is 2-6 people. At least 2 members of the group are needed to check out the room. You may reserve a room for up to 3 hours per day. Groups can renew once, for up to 3 more hours, pending availability.
