You can view your case record on a public kiosk located in an MDEC courthouse. If you would like to view your case record (including documents) remotely on a computer or device, 1) register to view documents online (see instructions below). You don't have to e-file into the court to access your case record (and documents) remotely.

There are four portals: Case Search – public. Secure Case Search - nonpublic information; justice partners only. Public Portal Access – replaces current paper files.
6 Μαΐ 2024 · The Maryland Judiciary completed its statewide implementation of the Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) case management system on May 6, 2024. Pursuant to Maryland Rule 20-106, electronic-filing (e-filing) by attorneys is mandatory in all courts throughout the state. View the e-filing brochure.
