This site collates Chinese language medical terms officially sanctioned by the two above-named bodies as well as common variant forms used in published medical literature from mainland China, Republic of China (Taiwan) and Hong Kong SAR.
Commonly used medical vocabulary in Chinese and English (Traditional Chinese): Document with medical vocabulary related to infectious diseases and vaccines, chronic diseases, women’s health, men’s health, nutrition and mental health.
The following tables list the IPA symbols used for English words and pronunciations. Please note that several of these symbols are used in ways that are specific to Wikipedia, and differ from those used by dictionaries.
