Based on the average of current prices paid by other payers for the ReWalk Personal Exoskeleton® and other K1007 products, CMS has established a 2024 purchase fee schedule amount of approximately $91,031.93 for code K1007. In general, providers and suppliers revalidate every five years but DMEPOS suppliers revalidate every three years. CMS also reserves the right to request off-cycle revalidations.
Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) covers medically necessary DME if your Medicare-enrolled doctor or other health care provider prescribes it for use in your home. You must rent most items, but you can also buy them.
