A specially defensive set doesn't really work; abomasnow has far too many weaknesses and no form of regeneration outside of leech seed. Pretty much anything SpD abomasnow can do with a SpD set trevenant can do better.
Mega abomasnow has 7% more dps and 67% more TDO than shadow abomasnow assuming equal IVs. If you use megas and collect hundos id go for it. If not, and you're OK with the huge shadow cost, then go with the shadow. Mega glalie will have a tad more dps, and mega mewtwo beats all as an ice attacker.

17 Δεκ 2023 · It’s very strong in both great and Ultra league, double weak to fire doesn’t hold it back, when it works, it’s spammy and annoying to deal with if you aren’t prepared. What to use? There are a lot of community day pokemon on this list, but we just had some of them recently.
