I had Mega as energy provider last year. I switched this year since I found a better offer (sign up discount is valid only on year 1). No complaints, everything worked as advertised. I didn't need to contact customer service so I cannot give feedback on that.
They've always applied the correct subsidies and in the summer my end invoice was less than what I had paid and the money I was owed was paid quickly. I have no complaints, but I also check and double check everything because many people do complain.

Biggest scam ever. Simulated our monthly energy cost on around 250eur, which was 100eur cheaper than the the contract I had. Got my first invoice: 700eur per month. What a scam this is. 22 Φεβ 2022 · Elke dag leest "De Inspecteur" nieuwe klachten over Mega in zijn mailbox. Test Aankoop kan erover meespreken: de consumentenorganisatie registreerde in 2021 881 klachten over de leverancier. En ook de ombudsman voor Energie heeft intussen een dik dossier van maar liefst 2.573 klachten voor het jaar 2021 alleen.
