After long last I obtained a mewtwo but now I want to mega evolve him. Ive checked the wiki and other reddit articles but there are mixed answers as to whether it is the flowery biome or jungle m. Any help would be appreciated!

Mega pokemons can't spawn. You can megaevolve them only in battles with their stone equipped. To get the mega stones you have to defeat their mega version as bosses
