For DS-11 passport applications, please schedule an in-person appointment. Walk-in passport services are not available. Those applying for a passport renewal on Form DS-82 should not schedule an appointment and should instead see our post about renewing your passport via mail and online payment.
Schedule appointment to apply in person by visiting our website or calling NPIC (see contact info at the top page). Arrive for appointment and present completed form and attachments to the authorized agent who will administer the oath, witness you signing your form, and collect your passport fee.
