17 Οκτ 2021 · We have provided vaccination services for our mutual patient at Meijer Pharmacy. The patient identified you as their primary care provider. Please find the following information to update your patient’s chart. Additionally, the state immunization registry has been updated, where applicable.
29 Μαρ 2021 · To register for an appointment to receive the vaccine at Meijer, simply text COVID to the number 75049 to receive a link to register. Individuals can also go online to https://clinic.meijer.com/ to register.
3 Νοε 2021 · Eligible patients can text COVID to 75049 to schedule an appointment for their child's first dose of the Pfizer vaccine; the second doses will be scheduled 21 days later. Meijer will begin administering the vaccine to youth, ages 5-11, on Nov. 9 by appointment only.
