The Inferno is a solo minigame that was added to Old School RuneScape on the 1 June 2017, along with an update to the city of Mor Ul Rek. The player must survive 69 increasingly challenging waves, ultimately killing the level 1400 TzKal-Zuk, to obtain the infernal cape.
The former restores HP + prayer, the latter only restores prayer but doesn't need to be within melee distance to do so. Most people bring one or the other for the first cape just to help augment their supplies (You'll get more prayer back from having one than you would from the extra restore).

100M gp for gear. If you have to ask what stats are needed for inferno cape, then you aren’t ready for inferno cape. Start with tbow. if you havent even done fire cape, don't even think of the idea of thinking about attempting inferno.
