They provide information, resource referrals, and support to people living with mental health conditions, their caregivers, and mental health providers. Call 1-800-950-NAMI (6264) Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Look for support groups. If you’re a student, look for your school’s health center or peer support group.
