I was just wondering if part two of the final chapter has been released yet, and if not, when the release date is (if there is one)? The most recent update I see on the English translation is "final chapter, part one (b)" and it's been like that for quite a while.

I'm aware, though, that Rio Ranger mentions Gin in the third person when he is doing a recap on what happened before chapter 2 part 2. To put it simple, Rio Ranger is irrelevant to this theory. Because he CAN'T know who will win (you know, he's dead), unlike Meister.
