The Mentorship Program supports California State Parks (CSP) employees to be more effective in their role. At a basic level, the mentor pairing provides support and guidance in developing best practices to meet organizational goals and can aid in promoting the following: • Learn the workplace culture • Enhance Skill Development
Mentors will assist the mentee in creating an Action Plan to help meet their career objectives. Additionally, there is room for customization in a variety of subject areas, including personal growth and development as determined by the quality of the conversations between mentors and mentees.
