A Mentoring Program for California State Parks (CSP) Employees. The goal of this mentoring program is to provide guidance to the California State Park (CSP) employees. Your mentoring efforts impact the important work of all of the various permanent classifications in the Department and contributes to improvements within the organization.
Mentors will assist the mentee in creating an Action Plan to help meet their career objectives. Additionally, there is room for customization in a variety of subject areas, including personal growth and development as determined by the quality of the conversations between mentors and mentees.
