The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) has created the Mentorship Model (Model) to provide guidance and tools to organizations interested in developing a mentorship program.
This program is designed to assist in career and skill development by transfer of knowledge and experience as well as activities to further enhance competency development. The CDTFA Mentoring Program will allow mentees to gain knowledge resulting from one-on-one relationships with mentors.
Mentor Recruitment, Background Checks, and Volunteer Management Software: In collaboration with Be A Mentor, Inc., the California Mentoring Partnership helps funnel interested volunteers into mentoring programs, and we assist organizations in tracking those volunteers once placed with your program.
