Mentor Chippewa is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is proud to partner with local communities and organizations to bring our school-based mentoring program to area schools!
Each year, we match mentors and mentees based on experience, expertise, and most importantly, what the mentee is interested in developing. A mentorship agreement is provided to set goals, establish expectations, and determine the best time and way to meet.
Training for Mentors and Mentees. Entering Mentoring. Evidence-based, interactive approach designed to help mentors improve their mentoring relationships. Audience: mentors of undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, or junior faculty working with trainees across disciplines.
