1 Ιαν 2019 · This paper aims at recommending mentors to mentees based on input requests in a live mentoring service, Codementor. Our contribution is threefold. First, according to the working flow of Codementor, we formulate the mentor recommendation problem as two tasks, Mentor Willingness Prediction and Mentee Acceptance Prediction.
